PEACH SUMMER SALAD

INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 cup Napastäk Georgia Peach White Balsamic vinegar
- 1/3 cup Napastäk Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- Napastak Citrus Vine Wine Salt to taste
- Pinch of cayenne
- 2 large ripe peaches, cut into 1-inch chucks
- 6 cups bitter greens such as baby arugula, frisée, or other field greens
PREPARATION
- Combine the vinegar, olive oil, pepper, wine salt, and cayenne in a mixing bowl, and whisk to combine.
- Add the peach chunks to the mixture and toss to coat.
- Let the peach mixture sit at room temperature for 10-15 minutes.
- Spoon the peach balsamic mixture over the salad greens and serve immediately.
