INGREDIENTS
- 1 Tbl. Napastäk White Truffle Dark Balsamic
- 1 Tbl Napastäk Sweet Basil Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Loaf of fresh French baguette, sliced into 1/2 inch thickness and then lightly toasted
- Handful cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- A small bunch fresh basil, roughly chopped
- 1 Burrata cheese
- Salt and Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
- Lightly toast your bread in a toaster or oven
- In a bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients and mix thoroughly
- Scoop the tomato mixture onto your toasted bread
- Place on a platter and serve.
