Borrowing from Southeast Asian cuisine, where lemongrass occupies a hallowed place, the long fragrant stalks lend this vinegar an aroma of citrus tinged with ginger. The lemon-peel flavor of our Lemongrass White Balsamic plays nicely off hot chilies alongside veggies and meat—it's particularly delicious drizzled on top of a coconut milk soup.
