Our Blackberry Dark Balsamic Vinegar is a delightful spin on a classic. We begin with our traditionally prepared balsamic and gently blend in blackberries for enhanced sweetness and flavor. Rich and fruity, this vinegar can be used in the place of balsamic as a complement to salads, as a glaze on pork or chicken, or to elevate a summer cocktail.
